  • Share account credentials with unauthorized parties

4.6 Third-Party Platform Violations

  • Violate the terms of service of integrated platforms (TikTok, Shopify, Amazon, etc.)
  • Use our integrations to circumvent platform policies
  • Abuse API connections to third-party services

5. Resource Usage

5.1 API Usage

  • Respect published API rate limits
  • Implement appropriate error handling and retry logic
  • Cache data where appropriate to minimize API calls
  • Do not use APIs in ways that negatively impact other users

5.2 Storage and Bandwidth

  • Use storage and bandwidth reasonably and in accordance with your plan
  • Do not store content unrelated to legitimate use of our Services
  • Remove outdated data in accordance with data retention policies

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring your authorized users comply with this AUP
  • Promptly reporting any security incidents or policy violations
