The family

The Warehouse Bridge tools — pick one, or pick four.

DockSnap, Warehouse Heatmap, and Client Scorecard each ship from their own domain. Hardware ships from this one. Each one has its own price, its own login, its own contract. Buy what you need this quarter. Add the next when it earns its keep.

01 — See it

DockSnap

Photo evidence at the dock. Tagged to the WMS record.

The carton arrived crushed. The picker shipped the wrong colour. The reefer was off by 4°F for 90 miles. Without a photo, your defence is somebody’s word against the chargeback.

DockSnap captures the photos your loaders and receivers already take and ties them to the shipment ID, the BOL, and the client account. When a client phones at 9am to argue about a damaged pallet, you find the proof in three taps.

$50–150 per mis-pick by the time the chargeback, the re-pick, and the client conversation are over.

Offline-capable · syncs on reconnect · iOS, Android handhelds (incl. Zebra, Honeywell scanners)

02 — Map it

Warehouse Heatmap

A heatmap over your slotting. Pulled from your actual pick history.

Your WMS slotted aisle 4 in August. The picker’s been walking past three hot SKUs since October to grab the one she needs. The pick history says so. The slot tag doesn’t.

Heatmap reads pick history directly from Camelot today, or from CSV exports of other WMS platforms. Hot zones glow red. Dead zones sit grey. The slotting moves get ranked by labour-hour savings, exportable to CSV.

First-pass typical find — 18–34% pick-travel reduction

03 — Score it

Client Scorecard

A scorecard your clients can log into. Without the QBR panic.

Saturday before the QBR, the spreadsheet is half-built. Monday morning, your client is asking why their pick accuracy dropped last week. The Scorecard already answered both questions; nobody had to type at 2am.

Per-client portal, per-client login. Health indicators across Payment, Inventory, Activity, Space. The QBR pack auto-builds from the data already in your WMS, DockSnap, and Heatmap — the clients you give logins to stop emailing for reports.

Hardware

Pick-to-light, put walls, put-away. Banner builds the lights. We build the bridge.

We ship the Warehouse Bridge controller — a compact pre-configured appliance that talks to your WMS and to Banner’s hardware on the floor. Banner Engineering ships the industrial-grade gateway and the IP67-rated pick lights. The integration software, the WMS adapters, the operator UX — that’s ours. Camelot direct today, plus other WMS via CSV/API on request.

You install it yourself in a day per zone. No integrator on your floor. No six-figure quote. If you can hang a shelf, you can install our hardware.
